Job Summary:Location: Tengah or Sembawang or ChangiWorkdays: Monday to Friday / 5 daysWork Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pmBenefits: Entitled to AWS and Variable bonusesResponsibilities::

• Strategically plan and organize daily warehouse operations to meet delivery timelines and expectations.
• Ensure cost-effective operation while meeting all quality and compliance requirements.
• Oversee the proper handling, sorting, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve company, supplier, and customer objectives.
• Enforce compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Evaluate processes, drive improvements, and oversee project implementations.
• Manage customer complaints and effectively resolve conflicts.
• Optimize manpower deployment and arrange overtime as needed.
• Ensure accurate stock inventory control and accountability.
• Identify and schedule training for warehouse administration staff.
• Evaluate and establish operational procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
• Positive mindset, team player, and committed to continuous learning.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA.
• Experience in creating and using operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for improvement.
• Familiarity with process mapping and value stream mapping for identifying improvement areas.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience in innovative problem resolution.
• Active participation in team improvement efforts and sharing of best practices.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Analytical skills to review financial and operational data.
• Knowledge of latest automation technologies and their implementation.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate employees.
• Proficient in working with data to define, implement, and monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
