Job Summary:Location: Tengah, Sembawang, or Paya Lebar Airbases (assigned based on proximity to residence)Workdays: Monday to Friday / 5 daysWork Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pmBenefits: Entitled to AWS and Variable bonusesResponsibilities:

• Execute inbound and outbound transactions with precision
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely processing
• Maintain meticulous data entries and monitor stock inventory
• Liaise between customers and internal/external warehouses to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for procurement and supply chain management activities
• Review departmental key performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and propose improvement measures
• Address user needs regarding product and delivery-related inquiries
• Perform ad-hoc deliveries and support operational duties for excellence
• Assist in activities such as product recalls, returns, and stock-taking

Requirements:

• Min 3 years\' experience in Logistics or Supply Chain roles/functions
• Strong attention to detail in planning and inventory tracking
• Advantageous to have experience with SAP MM
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to navigate through operational ambiguities and uncertainties
• Capable of independent work and obtaining information from various sources
