[What the role is]

We seek an experienced Accountant to review, design and transform financial processes while maintaining accounting excellence. This role combines traditional accounting expertise with process improvement capabilities.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:


Perform finance and accounting operations, including revenue accounting, payables, month-end closing, asset management, costing, reconciliations and management reporting Review existing financial processes to identify improvement opportunities Review current finance functions to identify suitable processes for outsourcing Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and other departments to gather requirements and validate proposed changes Ensure proposed process improvements are in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements:


A Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of financial processes and controls Experience in process mapping and analysis Knowledge of automation solutions and digital workflows Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent written and presentation skills Mature, independent and resourceful Ability to work independently as well as in a team Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
