[What the role is]

We are seeking a forward-thinking accountant who combines traditional accounting expertise with digital transformation capabilities to help modernise our financial processes and systems.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:


Perform finance and accounting operations, including revenue accounting, payables, month-end closing, asset management, costing, reconciliations and management reporting Lead digital transformation initiatives within the finance function, including automation of manual processes and implementation of new financial technologies Analyse current financial workflows to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and process improvement Collaborate with IT teams/Consultants to implement and optimise financial software solutions Ensure compliance with accounting standards while introducing innovative digital solutions Train and support team members in adopting new digital tools and processes

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:


A Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience with data analytical and business intelligence tools and programming languages is advantageous Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools Strong project management skills and change management capabilities Good problem-solving and analytical thinking Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent written and presentation skills Mature, independent and resourceful Ability to work independently as well as in a team Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
