[What the role is]

We are seeking a forward-thinking accountant who combines traditional accounting expertise with digital transformation capabilities to help modernise our financial processes and systems.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:


Perform finance and accounting operations, including revenue accounting, payables, month-end closing, asset management, costing, reconciliations, and management reporting Review and analyse existing financial processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, digital enhancement, and automation Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT teams and other departments to gather requirements, implement solutions and validate proposed changes Ensure all improvements and digital solutions comply with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Train and support team members in adopting new digital tools and processes while managing change effectively

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:


A Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of financial processes and controls with experience in process mapping and analysis Knowledge of automation solutions and digital workflow Experience with data analytical and business intelligence tools and programming languages is advantageous Strong project management skills and change management capabilities Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time Ability to work independently as well as in a team
