What the role is:The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore\'s built environment.[What you will be working on]As a manager, you will play a major role in administering the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). You will be part of the team to review work processes, implement policies and develop industry partnership / engagement programs with management corporations (MCST) and the industry.[What we are looking for]A degree in a engineering, real estate, facilities management or related disciplineAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field.Proven experience in developing industry partnership / engagement programs.Good writing, strong interpersonal and communication skills.Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
