Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic team to strategize, develop and execute built environment (BE) career promotion, engagement and talent attraction plans. We work closely with various stakeholders such as BE firms, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to engage students.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in leading and planning programmes and breaking new grounds to brand the BE Sector as the career of choice.

Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in business/ human resource/ marketing/ built environment or related course is strongly preferred
- Candidates with work experience in marketing, events, talent attraction and/or workforce planning and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and work well in a team
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for details in operations and administration work
- Enjoy working with various groups of stakeholders and engage students
- Experience in the Built Environment sector or knowledge of Built Environment careers and courses will be highly advantageous.
