DESIGNATION : Executive (Admin)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to the Admin Lead and support the Cluster and Centre Leads in general administration and facilities management at Goodlife centres/offices
Manage Office Administration including booking rooms, answering queries, distributing mails, administering keys and staff access, requisition of pantry supplies, stationeries and get-well/baby hampers
Responsible for Finance Administration to collate income for bank in and reporting for monthly Finance closing, process staff claims and invoices as well as Cab Trip reports. Download monthly DOXA expense reports to aid Centre ICs in tracking expenses and budget balance
Responsible for HR Administration in New Staff Onboarding and Offboarding to ensure new staff are onboarded well and timely while offboarding are completed with proper closure
Responsible for Training Administration to answer queries and process training requests. Collate training attendance for management reporting
Support in facilities management and ensure smooth running of the centres - upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the centres, track and sufficiently stock centres' hygiene supplies, and support in the well-functioning of centre equipment. Work closely with bulk contract vendors is essence, coupled with close oversight to ensure the maintenance/repair services are delivered promptly and with quality
Be the licenced Environmental Control Co-ordinator for the premise(s) to carry out the Environment Sanitation Programme in compliance with NEA requirements to implement routine, periodic cleaning and disinfection as well as pest management plan
Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned from time-to-time
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess Degree in any discipline
