The Executive, Marketing & Project Management is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and success of event projects while driving marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and increase participation. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for events and the ability to multitask across project management and marketing functions. The role also includes managing customer service to ensure high participant satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

Successfully manage event projects from planning through execution.
Drive participant registrations through targeted marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate event registration setup and liaise with internal teams and vendors.
Manage on-site event operations including setup, execution, and breakdown.
Track and manage project budgets and support client invoicing post-event.
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile outcome reports.
Client Management
Build and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project.
Understand client objectives and align event planning accordingly.
Provide expert consultation and manage client expectations.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase event visibility and participation.
Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with project timelines.
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage company digital platforms including website and social media channels.
Curate and publish content to build brand engagement and drive registrations.
Track analytics and provide insights to improve digital strategy.
Customer Service
Respond to participant inquiries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Track and resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Collect feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in event management, marketing, or customer service roles.
Project Management:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events.
Marketing Skills:
Understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable with project management tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered platforms.
Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems creatively and efficiently.
Adaptability:
Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Performance Metrics (Scorecard):
Project Timeliness: % of projects completed on schedule.
Registration Conversion: Impact of marketing campaigns on participant registrations.
