• Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, content creation, and basic knowledge of SEO principles.

• Campaign Support: Willingness to assist in the development and execution of branded advertising campaigns and social media initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

• Analytical Aptitude: Eagerness to learn and apply basic analytics to understand digital marketing performance and contribute to optimisation efforts.

• Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within the Corporate Communications team and support various projects.

• Adaptability and Enthusiasm: Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and technologies, coupled with a passion for creativity and innovation in marketing.

• Organisational Skills: Basic project management skills to assist in coordinating marketing activities and tasks within the team.

Job scope :Work with CCSD to develop a Captains Of Lives recruitment campaign

• The job holder will work closely with CCSD and SDD staff to develop a recruitment campaign for SPS. This will involve establishing a creative brief, conduct vendor selection and support the production efforts involved in the production of this campaign. The job holder will also support the CCSD towards the development of other visual elements related to the recruitment campaign.

Work with CCSD to support the Yellow Ribbon Project awareness campaign

• The job holder will work with CCSD and YRSG to sustain ongoing publicity efforts to raise the awareness of the Yellow Ribbon Project.

Developing visual products for SPS social media

• The job holder will also support CCSD in developing visual products for the SPS Social Media in its public engagement efforts. This can span across both SPS and YRP platforms.

Other administrative duties

• The Executive (Marketing Communications) will be required to support existing CCSD projects, such as Yellow Ribbon media outreach, SPS Corporate Advance and the release of SPS Stats.
