You will support the marketing function for our retail malls:

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall\'s activities.
• Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall\'s programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales.
• Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
• Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls
• Update content of various digital and social media platforms.
• Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall.
• Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus.
• Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Prepared to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays, when required
