Job Description


Responsibilities:1.Response to online queries and coordinate with the relevant teams.2.Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks and generate monthly membership and sales reports.3. Coordinate website/mobile app updates.4. Conduct site testing, including User Acceptance Testing, mobile apps, websites, and promotions as needed to evaluate functionality and user experience.5. Assist in the creation, coordination, production of content for marketing materials.6. Manage database filtering reports including profiling of the customers for respective marketing campaigns/activities.7.Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
  • One year of relevant working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
Bilingual in both written and spoken.
  • Meticulous, detail and good organization skills
