What the role is: Executive, Office Admin & Facilities Management What you will be working on:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
Manage filing, documentation and data entry
Coordinate and stock up of office and pantries supplies, deliveries, logistic arrangements and set up of meetings
Asset management and verification
Prepare monthly reports on supplies/inventories
Carry out goods receipt and verification of invoices
Any tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in office admin & facilities management
Knowledge in inventory or asset management
Attention to details
Good organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multi- task and priortise effectively

Proficiency in MS Office
