Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Executive Officer at the Faculty of Art & Design .

Key Responsibilities

Administration/Operations

: The role involves providing administrative and planning support for the Diploma and Degree courses under the Dean's Office, Faculty of Art & Design. This includes managing day-to-day operations such as resource and facilities planning, course/timetable setup, budget and expenditure records, and organizing overseas trips for faculty. Additionally, the role requires ensuring records of students' progress, performance, and attendance are maintained and monitored.

Stakeholder Management

: The position requires handling enquiries, complaints, and correspondences with students and parents, ensuring effective communication and coordination. It also involves coordinating and communicating with university and overseas partners, taking meeting minutes, preparing and verifying financial records and documents. Assisting in the preparation of meetings and ensuring confidentiality of presentation materials, papers, reports, and other documentation required for meetings is also part of the role.

Policy Review

: The role includes managing and reviewing administrative policies and systems to ensure they are effective and continuously improved. Additionally, the position involves assisting in faculty outreach and projects, or any other projects, duties, and tasks as assigned

Requirements

A degree qualification is preferred for this role. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in administration.





Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential, along with the ability to write minutes accurately. A good command of written and spoken English is also required.
