Main Roles and Responsibilities 1. Orchestral Management
Manage Locker Loan (Student, Instruments) (yearly) and ad-hoc Instrumental Loans
Logistic coordination for concerts (onsite and external)
General Instrumental Inventory (yearly by GA) and ad hoc Maintenance
Strings, winds and percussion faculty support
2. Stage Management
External performers
Transportation of instruments
Coordinating logistical and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders
Score Rentals, printing and dissemination to students
Seating auditions at beginning of semester
Attendance taking for both orchestra, chorus and miscellaneous groups
Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline 2. At least 5 years of work experience, including in the arts / music / entertainment industry 3. Excellent command of written and spoken English, and conversational Mandarin and / or Malay to engage with students, Industry Partners and other stakeholders 4. A team player with good interpersonal skills 5. Familiarity with basic office 365 needed 6. Knowledge of, and interest in music is an added advantage
