Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Officer to support the Managing Director. This role involves retrieving documents from our software system, carrying out vessel research, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The role is varied, and the right candidate should be comfortable taking on ad hoc duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve and organize documents from the company's software system.

Conduct vessel research and provide findings when required.

Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence.

Help prepare simple reports, summaries, or presentations.

Handle general office and administrative tasks.

Take on any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

Relevant experience in administrative, PA, or support roles will be an advantage, but candidates without prior experience who are keen to learn are welcome to apply.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Willing to take on different tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
