Job Description
Job Title : Executive (OP&D Projects)
Job Type: 12-month Contract
Work Location: Upper Changi Road North
Salary: Up to $4,775/month (depending on qualification and relevant working experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement OD interventions/engagements such as Townhalls - includes liaising with vendors for event design, securing snacks, collaterals, and lunch.
- Develop communication plans related to surveys (Pulse and Employee Engagement Survey), including broadcasts and engagement platforms.
- Coordinate Monthly Leadership Circles, including creation of pre- and post-event materials.
- Engage young OD Ambassadors (yODAs) through Communities of Practice (COPs) and huddles for departmental updates and discussions.
- Create materials and initiatives to promote desired culture among SPS staff.
- Manage OD's resources and knowledge efficiently.
- Degree holder
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking
- Excellent writing, presentation, and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
