The Executive will be responsible for planning and facilitating the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement, developing strategic plans, and implementing solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through the application of quality improvement tools.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(A) SPECIFIC1. Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.2. Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health, operations staff and other support departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.3. Co-lead with process owners and manage improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.5. Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and impact of improvement projects to key stakeholders.(B) GENERAL1. Align the department\'s goals with the business goals of the hospital.2.
