Our client is a real estate developer looking to expand market reach in the region. This role will involve working on the operations aspect of various industrial buildings.This would be a role suitable for anyone who is looking to work on the client side over service providers, and to supercharge their career! - Handle and manage the handover of premises to/from tenants or purchasers
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for the company\'s properties
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation works
-Maintain buildings, particularly in areas of security and cleanliness
-Address and resolve all complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely manner
-Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants
- Participate in the company\'s Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, and First Aider)Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification is a plus
- WSQ training in SIC and ERT is advantageous
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- A self-driven team player with strong planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
