Job Description

Responsibilities:
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the CFD business in daily back-office operations while performing a key administrative role in risk management to ensure smooth and efficient business workflows. Your core duties include processing margin calls, handling withdrawal requests, and performing daily reconciliations of counterparty statements. You will also be responsible for assessing clients' credit limits and monitoring the firm's internal risk parameters. In addition, you are expected to stay informed of regulatory developments and company policy updates to ensure that all operational practices remain compliant and aligned with current standards.
Requirements:

Degree in any discipline
At least 1 year of operation experience
Entry level candidates without working experience are welcomed to apply
Detailed and meticulous
Good interpersonal & organizational skills
Basic knowledge in derivative products, corporate action and MT5 system will be an added advantage
Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
