JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for Executive, Operations Logistics (2.5 months) to join their team!

This position supports the operations of the CET unit in the areas of operations logistics and course support of the programme. The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Ensure proper set-up of course venues and online sessions prior to the start of the course.
- Administer face-to-face and online courses.
- Maintain zoom recordings and log reports.
- Manage logistics matters and indent logistical items.
- Perform routine checks on the quality of course set-up.
- Staff may require working on 3-5 weekday nights/weekends in a month as the Academy does run programmes outside office hours.
- Minimum A-Level or Higher Nitec.
- Individuals waiting for their national examination results are welcome to apply.
- Responsible and possess service-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Possess a good level of written and communication skills.
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
