About Us


About ECF The EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF) was founded on the EtonHouse Group\'s strong belief in the importance of education and the spirit of giving back to society. We are an IPC Charity committed to improving the lives of less privileged children and youth through a range of programmes to enhance emotional well-being, cognitive development and fitness. In 2019, we received the Community Cares Award from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). To make a sustainable and meaningful impact to society through education, the EtonHouse Group founded EtonHouse Community Fund in 2015, an IPC charity to improve the lives of children, youth and families from vulnerable backgrounds. Till date, ECF has impacted more than 16,000 families and has won several awards and accolades. By targeting different aspects of well-being, our programmes help young ones from disadvantaged backgrounds grow to their fullest.


  • Programmes
    • Oversee the smooth running of programmes
    • Design and implement new initiatives to achieve the charity\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
    • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and community partners, build effective and sustainable partnerships to serve the needs of children and families
    • Data collection and documentation, for communications and reporting purposes
    • Conduct programme evaluation and track service impact
  • Volunteer Management
    • Oversee volunteer management and engagement framework
    • Help to recruit, deploy and maintain positive relationships with volunteers to ensure programmes\xe2\x80\x99 success
  • Administration and Operations
    • Provide administrative oversight including budget tracking, knowledge sharing, inventory management and overall office management to ensure effective, high quality work environment


Qualifications


  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
  • Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in social service setting or non-profit sector, strong interest in community work
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Results and performance oriented
  • Able to think strategically as well as execute, and transfer knowledge
  • Independent, resourceful and full of initiative
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who is able to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
