Executive & Personal Assistant (intern/part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week), with salary pro-rated from the full-time amount stated. Provide bilingual (Chinese & English) support in communication, scheduling, and coordination. Assist the Senior Management with day-to-day tasks, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and client coordination. Prepare and handle simple documents, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and vendor arrangements. Run small errands (e.g., purchasing/fetching items) as needed. Assist with planning and organizing client meetings, events, or travel logistics. Perform ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks.



Requirements:



Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken & written). Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Organized, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently. Strong communication skills, discreet, and professional. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn about CSP operations and family office services. * Open to flexible working hours and task-based arrangements
