ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring & Reportingxc2xb7 Review, analyse and interpret business data to track operational and financial performancexc2xb7 Prepare and deliver performance updates and reports for the leadership team and higher management at SMRT Corporation levelxc2xb7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather insights and analyse findings to support data-driven decision making.Contract Managementxc2xb7 Oversee and manage contracts with regulatory authorities, such as LTA, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs)xc2xb7 Liaise with internal teams and regulatory authorities to address contract-related queries and negotiate new contractual termsxc2xb7 Monitor contract and budget deliverablesCompetitive Benchmarking and Data Managementxc2xb7 Identify and collect relevant market, competitor, customers data from publicly available sources to enhance understanding of the competitive landscapexc2xb7 Work closely with data analytics team to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insightsxc2xb7 Translate complex data into clear, executable reports and presentationsxc2xb7 Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementationQualifications & Work Experiencexc2xb7 At least 1 year of experience in strategy, business planning, or a related role. A degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar field is preferred.xc2xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on prioritisation and ownership.xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.xc2xb7 Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data interpretation skillsxc2xb7 Experience in transport industry is preferred but not requiredSMRT Buses Ltd, a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation, is one of Singapore's major public bus operators.
