Job Req ID: 7754 Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors
Evaluate vendors’ quotations and proposals to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the projects
Execute daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and schedules
Monitor and manager supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business, Science or related fields
Preferred 2 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Engineering industry
Entry level are welcome to apply
Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
Must be Singapore Citizen
Possesses good interpersonal skills and team spirit
