What you will be working on:Procurement Support: xe2x80xa2 Execute procurement transactional tasks such as year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz. xe2x80xa2 Assist with audit matters. xe2x80xa2 Generate system reports and provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet. Collaboration and Communication: xe2x80xa2 Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations. Administrative Management: xe2x80xa2 Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.What we are looking for:Technical Proficiency: xe2x80xa2 Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications. xe2x80xa2 Experience with GeBiz and Tableau is advantageous. Interpersonal Skills: xe2x80xa2 Strong team player with good planning ability and attention to detail. xe2x80xa2 Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines. xe2x80xa2 Communicate effectively, both in written and spoken. Experience and Knowledge: xe2x80xa2 Relevant experience in public sector procurement. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
