Job Description

Role Summary

  • Correspond with agents and attending to emails in a timely manner.
  • Verify information clarity and disseminate for policy creation.
  • Follow up with agents and/or underwriters for missing or questionable data and outstanding supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support to underwriters and able to cope with fast paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
  • Attend to all emails and review details for policy creation, endorsements or other underwriting functions.
  • Verify information clarity and accuracy for data input and follow-up with Underwriters for missing or questionable data and outstanding supporting documents.
  • Adhere to work procedures established and meeting timelines
  • Communication with external parties and provide relevant advice
  • Provide administrative support to underwriter and other related functions or tasks as assigned
Role Requirements
  • Experience working in insurance company with a minimum Certificate in General Insurance
  • Proficient in IT skills especially in Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong team player and willing to learn and takes initiative
  • Able to cope well with fast paced environment
  • GCE 'O' Level Certificate
