To manage the self-funded MA by Coursework in English Language and Linguistics; and Literary Studies; and Theatre and Performance;
To manage administrative functions together with another Manager in curriculum planning, course registrations for graduate and undergraduate programmes
To manage outreach and engagement programmes for the department
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :-
To assist with administrative tasks relating to the undergraduate and graduate programmes:
Timetable planning
Module registration
Assessment and examination matters
Curriculum planning and changes
Outreach, publicity and departmental events
Secretarial support such as meeting minutes and logistics
Undertake other administrative duties related to the programmes if needed.
Qualifications
Minimally a Bachelor\'s degree from a reputable institution
Analytical, meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task
Able to work independently and as a team player
Have some familiarity with content creation and promotion through social media to promote outreach activities
Possess excellent interpersonal and English language communication (oral and written) skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
