Job Description
The Programme and Community Outreach Executive will be in-charge of managing and expanding our programmes and services for seniors and increasing our beneficiaries and service users.
Responsibilities
a) Programme Development and Management
- Plan, develop, execute, and manage programmes, activities and events for seniors in the community.
- Monitor programme outputs and outcomes.
b) Community Outreach
- Plan, develop and execute community outreach activities and events
- Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. volunteers, corporate partners, grassroots, etc)
c) Administrative
- Attend to enquiries, maintain proper records and prepare reports
- Handle programme logistics
- Support day-to-day operations of the centre when needed.
Requirements/Core Competencies
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Passion to serve elderly population
- Relevant experience in programme or project management
- Experience in healthcare and social service sector ideal
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to converse in Mandarin or dialects will be an advantage
