The incumbent will help to maintain and expand network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support organization's needs. Spearhead, conceptualize and implement volunteer programmes/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home.

Your role & responsibilities will include:

• Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation
• Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department's needs
• Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
• Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers
• Track and update records and maintain database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
• Plan, organise and roll out activities and programmes accordingly to support resident's social needs
• Provide support in any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
• Hands-on experience in community partnership role
• Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
• People-oriented, willing to work the ground and a passion to serve
• Ability to work with all levels and good people skills with a go getter attitude.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Resourceful in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenge
• Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and possess strong projects/eventsmanagement skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive
