To work closely with the Senior Project Manager to carry out the project management works of various projects. He / She should possess strong project management skills and be capable of managing major project works when required as well. Managing all the contractors and suppliers with regard to project matters and reporting to Consultant and Client. Assist the Senior QS in the preparation of Tender and Post Tender matter. Prepare Monthly Progress Claim with Photos with Completion Document and certifying of contractor claim. Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) including feasibility study, preparation of quotation document, and evaluation of proposals if required Track project milestones and ensure timely deliverables Coordinate with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion of project Support in site supervision work and provide progress status of the works conducted Manage and assist on all variation matters Prepare the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Requirements Preferably Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant disciplines from a recognized university At least 5 years' relevant experience for Degree holder or 7 years' relevant experience for Diploma holder
