What the role is:The Controller of Housing (COH) department regulates developers in the sale of uncompleted properties with the aim of protecting buyers who are buying off-plan. Developers are required to comply with the regulations and guidelines in the sale of the properties, e.g. use standard Sale and Purchase Agreement, comply with show unit rules.What you will be working on:As an Executive Property Market Analyst, you will be required to:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Review policies related to protecting buyers\' interests and enhancing market transparency \xe2\x80\xa2 Process applications from developers, eg. licence applications, amendments to the standard Sale and Purchase Agreement \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure licensed developers comply with regulations and guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle feedback from buyers and members of the public \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet with stakeholders to understand industry practicesWhat we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in real estate or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 About 3-5 years of working experience in the real estate or related sectors would be preferred. Prior knowledge of conveyancing and contract law would be advantage. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent writing and presentation skills, and ability to analyse and express complex issues succinctly and logically \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as in a team is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative and resourceful \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle customers wellAbout Urban Redevelopment Authority:The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore\'s national land use planning authority.
