Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Implementing and assisting on quality management matter
Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
Manage the Document Control system
Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors' Performance
Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Possess Diploma in any field
Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
Experience in IFM related field or Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office
Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
Leading by example, Displaying honesty
Effective Communicator with the ability to problem solve
A self-independent Team Player with a growth mind.
