Executive Quantity Surveyor And Drafter [ Autocad ]

Job Description
- Working days: 5days
- Working hours: 9am-5.30pm
- Salary: $2500 - $3500 + AWS
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Review tender specifications and quantity take off for tender submission
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit shop drawing, & other required document
- Pre and post-contract administration
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, finalization of accounts
- Coordinate with the team to prepare drawings for submission
- Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and Supplier
- Maintain project filing and perform other duties as assigned
- Proficient in BIM, Autocad and equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in Autocad and QS or related construction field
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
