Assist to achieve student targets set for the Singapore Marketing team by providing in-office supports.
Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and support the conversion process of applications not limiting to ad hoc phone enquiries, email, walk-in and other enquiries received from the Singapore market (including from local agents)

• Maintain the enrolment record sheet for the Singapore marketing region and provide management reports on the performance of the Singapore market and provide ad-hoc reports as required

• Coordinate with external vendors for marketing campaigns, meanwhile, collate and submit artwork and campaign approvals

• Support and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned

• Arrange for student passes to be issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority

• Provide clerical and marketing support

• Liaise with JCUS\' agents and maintain the approved agent list

• Ensure compliance with EduTrust in the recruitment activities performed

Key selection criteria

• Undergraduate degree or polytechnic diploma with the relevant experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)

• Experience at tasks that are methodical and require high accuracy

• Experience in communicating with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds

• Work as a team member supporting other team members especially in times of high workload

• Ability to work in a diligent, organized, proactive, and methodical manner

• Ability to analyse and interpret information against a given set of criteria
