Position Summary

• Check channel support claims made to the company to ensure funding provided are for its intended purpose.
• Ensuring sales program approvals are in place for good corporate governance.
• Maintaining clean financial liability by ensuring claims from customers are duly processed and completed.

Role and Responsibilities

• 
  Check and verify channel support program claim documents according to program mechanics.
• 
  Process and input system entries in system after verifying the claim submission documents.
• 
  Liaise with customers & Sales Team for all documents related to channel support program claims.
• 
  Computation of customer rebate eligibility in accordance with the contractual terms for verification and payment processing.
• 
  Assist in internal or external audit preparation and verification work.
• 
  Monitor open program conditions to follow up with sales team and customers to ensure claims are processed.
• 
  Perform month end closing and reconciliation of expense against forecasts.
• 
  Constantly reviews claim system master setup to introduce new claims combinations to support the business.
• 
  Management of product pricing and margin structure.
• 
  Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisor.
