Sales Operations Executive, Sales (Singapore)

The Executive, Sales Operations is to support the Sales Operations team in identifying and building new trending business leads to ensure foodpanda always has the best of everything. This is a great opportunity to learn from and step into a leading on-demand food delivery experience!

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup automated tracking and reporting to spot all the new trending restaurants from multiple sources (blogs, instagram, restaurant discovery websites, etc.)
  • Building and updating target lists for sales, identifying the priority restaurants/companies in line with the strategy of the company
  • Constantly challenge and reassess the list of priorities to ensure foodpanda always has the best restaurants in each area
  • Gathering intelligence on competitors and producing analysis out of that research
  • Supporting and managing Salesforce, projects, business processes and product enhancements
Requirements:
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must!
  • Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
  • Experience using SQL to solve business problems and provide valuable insights from complex data sets
  • Analytical, number-oriented, attention to details and strong organisational skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and able to make quick, assertive decisions
  • Independent and highly motivated fast learner
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree
  • Lover of food is a must!
