The Opportunity
As a team member of the sales management, you will be in the Sales Department enabling the business operations. We are hiring for an Sales Operations Executive and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational background. About the Role:

• Assist in day to day operations
• Coordinate and work closely with stake holders across departments to support sales initivaitves
• Prepare reports and collatorals for external/internal customers and Principal
• Ensure smooth showroom operations including managing of display and demo units
• Build up a Downstream Revenue channel working with vendors and purchasing department
• Handle stock creation and inventory ordering with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources
• Coordinate with Principal, PDI and and external vendors on vehicle status from landing to delivery to customer
• Maintain digitalize presence thorough campaign creation and online stock sales inventory
• Achieve Principal's soft targets

• Relevant experience in Sales Operations will be favorably considered
• Degree in any discipline and a passion / mind-set to progress in a customer-centric, digital-first and forward-thinking organization
• You have an attitude for mutual respect, an aptitude for success, the thirst for continuous learning and curiosity
• Culturally astute and able to build effective partnership in a matrix reporting environment
• A high level of initiative and ability to operate with integrity is important.
• Natural inclination to 'roll-up-your-sleeves' and getting your hands dirty is a pre-requisite
