:We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive, Sales Support to join our International Sales team. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating campus visits, streamlining logistics, and managing crucial financial tasks.   • To host the Campus Visits from various stakeholder: Agents, Parents, Partners
  • To coordinate and plan the timetable for bridging modules.
  • To conduct the student reporting day and support the student welcome orientation.
  • To prepare the finance handover list and will be able to assist in all finance duties and queries related to Sales.
  • To support Agent Management System by preparing all the required reports related to Internal Audit and EduTrust. Take lead and coordinate all the required reports to meet the compliance requirement.
  • To support Agent Management in Sales Force, digitalized all the existing psychical Agent P-files.
  • To support and closely monitor the Pre-course Counseling Surveys and Checks
  • To support in Kaplan Accommodation Partners\' administrative work, preparing the information need for Kaplan Website, and accommodation prospectus.
  • Carry out and take lead on all logistics duties related to Sales.
  • To prepare the Marketing expenditure file, and process Country Manager\'s invoices, claims and trip applications.
  • To prepare various weekly and monthly reports.
  • To support the department meeting and prepare the meeting minutes.
  • Prepare the agent/student application form.
  • Others ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administrative work would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the education industry would be beneficial.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE O\' Levels or Diploma in any field.
