The Role

We are hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our core team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment involving business development, candidate engagement, and delivery within your chosen vertical. This is a performance-driven desk where you will develop your own client base, supported by shared tools and collective knowledge. You will have access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn CRM, and shared live mandates, with full visibility across accounts and activity. You will run your desk with autonomy, supported by a structured and transparent framework.

Who You Are

2-5 years of agency recruitment experience Sharp with clients and confident managing mid-senior placements Understands that business development is part of the craft and enjoys building long-term partnerships Frustrated with capped commissions, noisy KPIs, or unclear ownership Want to work in a clean, transparent system where trust and accountability matter Keen to build depth in Accounting & Finance or a complementary specialisation that adds value to the business
