What the role is:
The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) administers and enforces Singapore's competition and consumer protection laws, including investigations, providing advice to Government and public authorities on national needs and policies in competition and consumer matters.
What you will be working on:
You are part of a team of executives providing administrative support to CCCS and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the general office. As part of a team, you will: (a) Provide efficient administration services to Senior Management of CCCS; (b) Provide administrative and scheduling support in respect of meetings, and preparation of supporting information; (c) Provide administrative support in respect of casework, such as assisting with the preparation and execution of unannounced inspections, business searches on databases, arranging interviews, preparation and filing of legal documents, issuance of notices, monitoring of casework or project timeline and complaint management; (d) Assist in general office administration and operations, which include records and exhibits management and travel arrangements for overseas official trips; (e) Assist with HR functions in the area of training and development, manpower resourcing and staff welfare/benefits administration; (f) Assist with any prescribed administrative tasks, or ad-hoc assignments in support of smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of CCCS.
What we are looking for:
Candidates shoul - preferably have at least 1 year of work experience in corporate support and administrative work; - be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and ready to dive into tasks to ensure smooth office operations - be meticulous, well-organised and resourceful; - have strong communication and interpersonal skills; and - be proficient in MS Office.

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) administers and enforces the Competition Act (Cap. 50B) which empowers CCCS to investigate and adjudicate anti-competitive activities, issue directions to stop and/or prevent anti-competitive activities and impose financial penalties. CCCS is also the administering agency of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) or CPFTA which protects consumers against unfair trade practices in Singapore. '
