You will provide secretariat and administrative support to the department. Your secretariat duties include collating meeting agendas, coordinating schedules and meeting attendance, preparing logistics, drafting meeting minutes, following up on and maintaining records of approvals for meeting minutes and resolutions. You will also keep track of institutions’ submissions of fundraising initiatives and maintain the fundraising appeals register. Administrative duties will include ensuring sufficient stationery supplies, office equipment and managing equipment’s rental and maintenance. You will also coordinate with banks on fundraising events matters. Other duties include maintaining staff records for training and attrition, and taking on roles such as the Business Continuity Management Coordinator or Fire Warden/ Workplace safety officer, and other duties as required by the Management.
