The Job

Supporting CEO and CFO
  • Calendar Management: Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Travel Management: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Powerful Presentations: Prepare compelling sales decks using PowerPoint to effectively communicate our business strategy.
  • Project Management: Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion.
  • Administrative Duties: Take care of day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing executive support.
  • Proficiency in Reading Chinese: Ability to read and understand Chinese documents.
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and software.
