Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Support office management tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar executive support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
