Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing secretarial support to CEO
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials & reports to Head Office
  • Coordinate and handle travel arrangement & expenses claims
  • Assist in minutes taking once a month
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of secretarial experience in Banks is essential
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and possess good working attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
