What You'll Do:

Oversee the safe and timely delivery of gas renewal & reinforcement projects in various parts of Singapore.

Manage a team of technical officers and contractors in carrying out gas pipeline renewal projects within schedule and budget.

Prepare technical specifications and key commercial documents for the calling of tenders, as well as to evaluate tender returns.

Engage stakeholders, Authorities (e.g. EMA), Agencies (e.g. LTA, PUB), consultants and contractors to resolve project issues.

Monitor and provide regular updates on projects progress, budget, and resource status.

Preparations of Safe Work Procedure for live gas works, as well as supervision of live gas works.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance to statutory & contractual safety and quality requirements.

What You'll Need:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from university recognized by Singapore PE Board

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management

Experience dealing with external stakeholders such as Authorities/Agencies.

Willing to spend time out in the field for construction and commissioning activities at multiple different locations in Singapore

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous

Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team

Possess a valid driving license and having own transport would be advantageous
