Location : Old Choa Chu Kang Road
Position Title: Executive/ Senior Executive (Evaluation and Assessment) Executive (Training Projects) - SDD/SPTI
Contract period : Immediate - 11mths
Working hours :
Mon Thurs : 8:30am 6:00pm
Fridays : 8:30am 5:30pm
Lunch : 1 hr
- A Degree holder minimum offered salary $3,880 per month depending on relevant working experience
You will be part of a lean and dynamic team that drives the development of assessment capabilities, first across HTA Centres, and then across the broader Home Team. Your work will involve:
a. Organise training workshops.
b. Handle training administration matters.
c. Develop bite-sized learning resources (eDM, infographics, e-learning packages, assessment design resources etc.) based on Home Team Evaluation and Assessment Framework.
d. Assist in the administration of Home Team surveys including data analysis and insights.
e. Assist in the organisation of events and any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Candidates should:
a. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
b. Be adaptable and meticulous with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
c. Enjoy working in teams, in a dynamic work environment.
d. Able to commit to the full duration of 11 months contract.
[Qualifications and Experience]
a. The candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh school leavers who are keen to learn may apply.
b. Prior experience in design and development of learning resources will be an advantage.
c. Strong interest in programme evaluation or assessment practices.
