Job Description

We are current in the search for a Treasury Executive (Back Office role) on behalf of a REITs client. You will be reporting the AVP, Finance and provide treasury support for the specific entity.

• Prepare regular treasury reports for management and accounts closing.
• Manage hedge documentation for swap transactions.
• Validate, settle, and account for treasury transactions, including bank loans, unitholder loans, bonds, swaps, foreign exchange, and interest payments.
• Generate compliance reports for bank facilities.
• Oversee bank account operations, including opening and closing accounts, handling KYC requirements, updating user access to online banking systems, and managing authorized bank signatories.
• Update cashflow forecasts, monitor bank balances, and prepare funds transfers for operational needs. Process financing-related payments and fixed deposit placements.
• Review monthly audit schedules, ensure timely payments to vendors, prepare tax computations, and assist with audited financial statements for a subsidiary.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Corporate Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimal 1 years of relevant work experience, preferably with knowledge of treasury functions and accounting
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to accounting principles.
• Resourceful with a strong analytical mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
