What the role is:
As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Information and Communications (ICT) Admin Support, you will play an important role in assisting and supporting schools in the implementation of the Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) and initiatives involving schools' support. You will report to MOE's Digital Excellence and Products Division to provide ICT administration support to ensure a connected ICT learning ecosystem for anytime and anywhere learning.
What you will be working on:

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on PDLP implementation o Work with business and technology subject matter experts to support rollout activities such as project plans development, planning documentation production and resources o Handle queries and perform first level support for personal learning devices o Handle IT administration such as user access administration to systems or applications o Create and maintain frequently asked queries for knowledge management

What we are looking for:

• Prior training in IT-related disciplines and/ or work experience in ICT service delivery, implementation and/ or support would be preferred o An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills o A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation, multi-tasking abilities and facilitation experience o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
