The Department of Technology, Innovation & Enterprise (TIE) is seeking a motivated individual to support the management of the institution's intellectual assets. This role assists in IP documentation, filing coordination, commercialisation support, and administration of research ethic (Institutional Review Board or IRB), contract and legal processes.

[What you will be working on]

Coordinate patent filing activities, documentation preparation, and communication with patent agents. Support invention disclosure processing, technology offer preparation, and logistics for training and industry engagement. Provide administrative support for outreach activities and platforms promoting SP's technologies. Assist in handling legal retainer contract management, coordination, documentation, and IRB administration. Maintain IP records, disclosure systems, and agreement tracking.

[What we are looking for]

Preferably 1-3 years of experience or basic knowledge in IP management, technology transfer, or legal administration. Fresh graduates with interest welcome. Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with researchers and external partners. * Qualifications in Science, Engineering, Technology, or related fields are preferred.
